Certificates

Because real progress shouldn’t stay invisible.

High-performing environments deserve recognition. Included with your baseworks.tech Monitoring package, official certificates are earned when your continuous monitoring data meets our published safety and performance standards, giving you transparent, evidence-based proof of uncompromised quality throughout the evaluation period.

The vocabulary

How it works: process, record, and proof

To keep our standards clear, rigorous, and trustworthy, we distinguish between the evaluation decision, the auditable record, and the visual badge:

Certification

The decision & status

The controlled assessment process and earned status. Certification is granted only when a measured environment satisfies every required criterion within a defined scope and period.

Certificate

The primary evidence

The authoritative, time-bound, digitally signed record detailing what space was assessed, against which standard, using what evidence, and for what valid period.

Mark

The visual proof

The recognizable visual seal displayed on-site or online. It communicates the claim quickly and includes a QR code linking directly to the authentic online Certificate.

Our core policy: The Mark communicates the claim; the Certificate documents it; the signed verification record proves its authenticity.

Policy

Key rules & integrity

Earned, not guaranteed

Certification is awarded strictly based on verified live measurements. If an environment falls outside the published thresholds during the evaluation period, certification is not granted.

Time-bound validity

True quality requires ongoing commitment. A Certification verifies environmental performance over a defined period, not a permanent status. Every Certificate and Mark carries an expiry - typically two years - to ensure your space continues meeting current safety standards.

Strict scope boundaries

Certification validates performance exclusively within the designated space and time window assessed. It does not imply compliance outside those boundaries.

Assessment

The assessment process

  1. 1

    Measure a consecutive period

Standard evaluations require continuous measurement series of at least 14 days with 99% data completeness. Where applicable standards demand deeper analysis, required measurement periods extend accordingly.

  2. 2

    Evaluate against standards

We verify all submitted metrics - analyzing dataset completeness, statistical ranges, and category benchmarks - to determine whether certification can be awarded.

  3. 3

    Publish & issue

Once granted, an official Certificate is sealed with an unforgeable digital signature and issued alongside a Mark featuring a QR code for public verification. Both the owner and baseworks.tech receive signed generation receipts as durable proof of issuance.

Certificates

Purpose-specific environmental and device seals.

Each certification addresses a focused environmental parameter. It does not replace a complete indoor-air, medical, regulatory, or building-safety assessment.

Fine particles (PM2.5)

Short-term fine-particle conditions assessed in complete daily windows.

  • At least 14 consecutive days
  • At least 99% complete
  • Every daily mean ≤15 µg/m³
  • Never exceeds 200 µg/m³
